Löneratorn
A campaign site for Unionen, at a time when you could still design interfaces without having to care about “flat design”
Pixelpitch brought me in to help with the concept and visual design for Löneratorn, a campaign for Unionen aimed at white-collar workers. The goal was to give people a feel for what they ought to earn based on profession and experience, and to give some concrete advice ahead of the salary review.
A tool that looks real
Löneratorn was a “machine” that asked the user questions and then gave concrete tips on how to run a better salary negotiation, by giving the user a better grip on general pay levels, arguments to use and so on.

Before the metal went on
Here’s an early pencil sketch I dug out of an old notebook. The idea was always a machine with rows of feedback windows, a slider in the middle running from “stämmer inte alls” to “stämmer helt”, and back and forward keys either side of the panel.
